Individual Coaching

Service Description

Engage in one-on-one virtual coaching, delivered in a Christ-centered and affirming nature as you pursue your personal goals. Clients may choose one or more coaching domains or areas of focus (i.e., Emotional & Mental Wellness, Nutrition, Movement/Exercise, Exercise Recovery & Regeneration, Sleep, or Healthy Relationships). See the Renewal Works in-Christ website for a detailed description of each coaching domain. Weekly and bi-weekly appointments are available, for 60 or 90 minute durations, respectively. Coaching services are available Monday through Friday, from 10:00am to 6:00pm. Coaching sessions are $75 per session, with discounts for clients choosing multiple coaching domains (i.e., $70 per session for two coaching domains, $65 per session for three or more coaching domains). Coaching agreements and appointment times are finalized during the pre-coaching session. Click the tab labeled, "Request to Book," on the Renewal Works in-Christ website's home page, in the coaching section. Follow the prompts to access the online Pre-Coaching Form and appointment calendar. After selecting an available appointment date, choose a coaching domain from the dropdown menu (i.e., single domain/$75 per session, two domains/$70 per session, or three or more domains/$65 per session). After submitting your coaching preferences, you will be prompted to complete and submit the online Pre-Coaching Form. You will be contacted by our staff regarding your complimentary pre-coaching consultation upon receipt of the aforementioned information. *All prospective clients must complete the intake process to be eligible for coaching services. Payment is due 24 hours before each scheduled appointment. Our services are not provided by a licensed mental health professional, and we do not diagnose or treat any mental health problems. Persons with mental health concerns should seek the services of a licensed mental health professional.
