Welcome Wellness Family

Hello wellness enthusiasts! This is the day the Lord has made, and I am so excited to have you join me. This is officially my first blog, and I want to tell you a little about my background and wellness journey. Prior to realizing who I was in Christ and what my true giftings were, I struggled with my identity and sense of purpose. After coming to know the Lord in a personal and intimate manner, I discovered a new sense of identity and purpose, and a new way of thinking about myself and others. Additionally, I gained a confidence I had never known, one that was based on who I am in Christ rather than what I could do or accomplish. This new God-centered confidence and thinking helped me maintain focus and achieve my goals, minus the vain striving. Now, I have a desire to share with others some of the things that helped me on my journey to wholeness. Renewal Works in-Christ is the vision birthed from my spiritual transformation. Going forward, I look forward to assisting others who welcome the opportunity to incorporate their faith with their wellness goals. I will do this via virtual individual coaching, online wellness courses, annual seminars, and occasional blog posts. Join me in this fascinating and life changing journey.
